SOMABIBLIA SEMINAR 2016

Anne Gihlemoen

Every year Soma Biblia conduct a staff seminar for the aim of emerging them into a good service that grasp the organization objectives, but also to ascertain different issues concerning their faith, social life, and to have important discussions on issues that improve their needs as workers.

This year the seminar was conducted in Arusha region, at Canossa Spirituality Center, June 9th-11th. Soma Biblia has five branches, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Iringa and Mbeya. And all workers and leaders travelled from their branches for the seminar.  Lessons were given by leaders and other expertise from outside the organization, followed by a trip to Ngorongoro conservation area.

Everybody had a really good time, eating together, time in prayer, devotions, singing and new friendships. Interesting lessons during the day of seminar and tour to Ngorongoro was also amazing. We are grateful for the opportunity to come together like this and grow both personally and as an organization.
